Built on passion for the automotive industry, our company was founded by car dealers and industry professionals that have collectively garnered a breadth of experience both in industry, and in advisory capacities.
DDC was founded by Paul Stern, who has previously owned multiple dealerships including; Toronto Chrysler, and been a lead advisor in the M&A space for the last 8+ years, successfully completing over 30 transactions collectively. With the intention of rectifying a service gap within the industry, Paul Stern and the DDC team, continue to uphold and grow their presence as industry leaders, and confidants.
