As the CFO of Dealer Direct Canada, Charles leads DDC’s M&A practice and internal financial functions. Throughout his career, Charles has completed 600+ company valuations, and has advised in deals totaling over $6bn+ in transaction values. Charles began his career in accounting by taking on roles with Grant Thornton, RSM Canada, and The Miller Group. Moving from audit and tax, Charles actively developed a specialization in the Mergers and Acquisitions space, by leading Corporate Development teams across international logistics organizations, as an investment banking leader with Dealer Solutions M&A, and eventually as the founder of Saleh & Company, a boutique M&A practice. With over 13 years of experience, Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, keenly aiding clients as they navigate the M&A landscape.
